After nine years as a technical Remedy developer with experience and expertise in custom development of AR platform based applications, William R. Myers was just added to the staff of Datacraft Solutions, based in Durham, NC. Myers has significant experience and training in Remedy Service Management applications (ITSM Suite implementation, configuration, and customization in integrated environments). Myers is skilled in requirements analysis and application design.
Having spent a decade in the Information Technology Department of Progress Energy, Myer had extensive PeopleSoft application support primarily responsible for Benefits Administration; he was also a member of the ITIL Configuration Management Leadership team, responsible for Remedy development, administration, and development initiatives for the enterprise.
Myers had also work for Kansas Power and Light Co. in Topeka, KS in the Finance Department as well as Illinois Power Company in Decatur, IL, responsible for Internal Audits, Treasury and Tax. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree with an Accounting major from Eastern Illinois University.
